1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Young & Collins Lawncare's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Terms
2.1 Service Description
We provide lawn care and landscape maintenance services including but not limited to:
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Landscape design and installation
- Irrigation system services
- Seasonal clean-up and maintenance
- Snow removal (seasonal)
2.2 Service Schedule
Services are provided during our regular business hours, Monday through Saturday. Specific scheduling will be agreed upon in the service contract.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is determined by property size, service type, and frequency
- Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments
- Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate property information
- Ensure property access on scheduled service days
- Remove personal items that may interfere with service
- Communicate any special requirements or concerns
- Mark or identify any underground utilities or structures
5. Service Cancellation
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the following terms:
- 30-day notice required for recurring service cancellation
- 48-hour notice required for individual service cancellation
- Cancellation fees may apply as specified in your service agreement
6. Liability and Insurance
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our services. However:
- We are not liable for damage caused by unmarked utilities or structures
- Weather-related service delays do not constitute breach of contract
- Property damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
7. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, we will address your concerns within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation between parties
- Mediation if necessary
- Binding arbitration as a last resort
